Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC (CEC) invites its shareholders, or their proxies, to attend the Company’s Investor Open Day on Friday 7th February, 2014 from 0800 hours to 1300 hours.

Purpose of Open Day:

• To give an update to CEC shareholders on the operations of the Company and why it is raising money via a Rights Offer.
• To explain to shareholders how the Rights Offer process works, their options and how they can participate.
