CEC Notice of change in directorate

Pursuant to section 3.59 of the LuSE Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation PLC (“CEC” or the “Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Munakupya Hantuba as Director with effect from 1st September 2024.

The Board wishes to express appreciation to Mr Hantuba for his commitment and service to the Company over the years. Mr Hantuba is a long serving Director who joined the Board of CEC on 28th March 2008. The Company wishes him well in his future endeavours.
