We provide an excerpt of the Court Order by the High Court for Zambia:
TO: THE DEFENDANTS, ALL AFFECTED PARTIES, UNKNOWN PERSONS AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL
TAKE NOTICE THAT by an Order dated the 25th day of September 2020 the High Court for Zambia ordered and prohibited the Kitwe City Council and all persons unknown from issuing offer letters, Certificates of Title or such documents and or entering on, constructing on or in any way dealing with Stand No. 3605 Kitwe pending the hearing of an appeal in the said matter.
Any persons disregarding the said Order shall be liable to process of execution for the purposes of compelling them to obey.
Copies of the Order are available at the High Court for Zambia Kitwe Registry and at the Applicant’s advocates address below.
