Distribution of 2010 annual reports and minutes of the 2010 AGM

The Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc (CEC) wishes to notify all its shareholders that the 2010 Annual Reports and Minutes of the 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) have been posted.

Shareholders are further advised that the Annual Report is available on the Company’s website: www.cecinvestor.com and can be viewed online from the site or downloaded. Those shareholders who may be unable to access, view or download the Annual Report from the website and would like to receive the Minutes are advised to kindly send an email to[email protected] and the documents will be sent to them electronically.

All shareholders who would not have received their copies of the Annual Report and Minutes by Monday, 28 March 2011 are kindly requested to notify the Company’s Transfer Secretary on the details provided below.
