Tisa Reuben Chama

Qualifications: MBA (The University of the Free State, South Africa), BSc Mining Engineering (University of Zambia, Zambia)

Experience: Tisa is currently acting as the Chief Executive Officer of ZCCM-IH. He has over 30 years’ experience in mine and business planning, mining projects and mining operations in Zambia and Sub-Saharan Africa. He has held leadership and supervisory roles in mine production and mine planning in multi-national mining companies across Africa, including AngloGold Ashanti, Barrick Gold Corporation, S3 Zones and Barrick Africa.

In his substantive role as ZCCM-IH Chief Technical Officer, Tisa is responsible for rendering technical support to the group including through exploration, mining and metallurgical studies. He manages and directs effective resource utilisation and targets high potential investment opportunities in partnership with the group's investment wing and key stakeholders.
