Common terms used in the CEC businesses
The bulk supply agreement between CEC and ZESCO Limited.
Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc (Registration number 119970039070), a public company incorporated in accordance with the laws of Zambia and listed on the Lusaka Securities Exchange.
CEC DRC Sarl (Registration number CD/LSH/RCCM/18-B-00132), a Limited Liability Company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The Copperbelt is the mining area of Zambia where copper has been predominantly mined, which is centred around the Copperbelt Province of Zambia.

Investor Terms
Common terms relating to investing in CEC
The Annual General Meeting of the members or shareholders of CEC.
A distribution of a portion of the Company’s earnings, decided by the board of directors, paid to the company’s shareholders registered in its books as at a certain date.
Is a 12-month span adopted by companies and work organisations to file, analyse and report their financial statements, budgets and targets. In the case of CEC, its financial year is 31st December of each year.
The Lusaka Securities Exchange Limited (Registration number 120120030495), a company incorporated in Zambia and licensed to operate as a stock exchange under the Securities Act, No. 41 of 2016.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zambia, the regulator of the Capital Markets in Zambia, established through an Act of Parliament, the Securities Act no. 41 of 2016.
A person, company or institution that owns at least one share of a CEC’s stock.
Ordinary shares of CEC with a par value of ZMW0.01 each in the authorised and issued share capital of the Company.
