Notice of dividend payment – 2012

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc on Tuesday, 4th September 2012 approved the payment of a Dividend of K35.00 per ordinary share.

In compliance with the requirements of the Securities Act Cap 354 of the Laws of Zambia and the Listing Rules of the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the dividend shall be payable to the shareholders registered in the share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 21st September 2012.

Dividend payment will be effected on or before Friday, 12th October 2012.
