Notice of dividend payment – 2013

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Directors of Copperbelt Energy Corporation Plc on Wednesday, 27th February 2013 approved the payment of a dividend of K20 per ordinary share.

In compliance with the requirements of the Securities Act Cap 354 of the Laws of Zambia and the Listing Rules of the Lusaka Stock Exchange, the dividend shall be payable to the shareholders registered in the share register of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 5th April, 2013.

Dividend payment will be effected on or before Friday, 26th April, 2013.
